Showell for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Add-In Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the Showell for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Add-In, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the General Terms of Showell, and the Order Form, all of which are provided separately. Changes to these terms will be effective upon posting on our website.

2. License Grant

Showell grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the add-in within your Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, solely for internal business purposes. This license is subject to compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws.

3. Use Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the add-in.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the add-in.
• Resell, lease, rent, or sublicense the add-in to third parties.
• Use the add-in in any manner that violates applicable law or regulations.
  
  

4. Data Handling

User Data: You are responsible for any data you input or generate through the use of the add-in. Showell will use this data solely as necessary to provide and improve the add-in functionalities and will comply with applicable data protection laws.

Data Security: Showell commits to implementing robust security measures to protect data processed by the add-in, in accordance with our Information Security Policy.

5. Privacy

Your use of the add-in is governed by our Data Protection Addendum and Privacy Policies, which detail our data handling practices. You can manage your data preferences through the settings provided within the add-in.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interest in the add-in and any updates or derivatives thereof remain the property of Showell, except as expressly granted to you under these Terms or as stipulated by law.

7. Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or Showell. Ceasing use or uninstalling the add-in does not terminate your overall agreement with Showell. These Terms govern your use of the Showell for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Add-In specifically. Showell may terminate these Terms at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Changes to Terms

Showell reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by updating the terms on our website or through the add-in interface.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the Order Form, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
